Bullquest is a global financial training firm based on Wall Street in New York . Professor, Author and Consultant, Foued has over 15 years of experience in the markets and academia in the US, Europe, and Asia. He has provided in-house graduate and professional development training courses for major financial institutions in New York, Stamford, Boston and London. He has taught a wide range of financial products topics and techniques, including Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Investment Management, Economics, Foreign Exchange, Emerging Markets, Quantitative Analysis and Risk Management. He has also delivered exam training for the CFA and PRM exams. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Finance at Wagner College and a faculty at the International Executive Programs at the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College in New York, teaching various finance courses at the undergraduate and graduate level in New York, Taiwan, Singapore, China and France.Previously he worked as a Research Assistant-Consultant for the New York State Banking Department where he led projects on topics such as Credit Derivatives market pricing methodologies and Basel II. He is the author of a forthcoming Wiley & Sons book, Understanding Credit Derivatives, which will provide a practical understanding of credit derivatives, their applications, their pricing, and trading strategies.He recently delivered a speech at the American Chamber of Commerce of Taipei on Subprime Loans (featured in the China Post) and was also interviewed by a journalist of Congressional Quarterly in Washington DC(CQ Press May 2008 Issue 18) on the current financial crisis and credit derivatives.He teaches both vertically (different levels) and horizontally (different backgrounds) with a style that is engaging and interactive and with a teaching philosophy that attempts to present concepts in a practical and straightforward manner, regardless of complexity. Dr. Ayari received his Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the City University of New York, where he wrote his dissertation on credit risk modeling. He received his MS from the University of Paris XIII (France).
